payment receipt
you will not receive a separate payment receipt from us directly. google checkout will provide you with a receipt.
NY state sales tax
if your device is being shipped to new york state we’re required by law to charge sales tax. this will appear on your invoice during checkout.
international shipments: import tax upon delivery
be aware that you’ll be responsible for any duty and customs fees imposed by your country when the package enters your country. these will potentially be substantial depending on your country’s policies. do not ask us to undervalue your shipment, as we simply cannot (for liability and insurance reasons, beyond the fact that it’s illegal.) import tax is often around 20% of the value of the product.

shipping
$20 US, $90/$110 international. via UPS, fully insured and trackable. shipping to canada is typically around $40—we’ll refund the difference to your order when it ships.
shipping to canada: we’ll ship via USPS global express. your order will be refunded $50.
payment reserves you a device. check the forum for shipping updates. shipping times via UPS and USPS are typically fast: 1-5 days, even for international shipments. a tracking number will be provided when your order ships.
