due to tricky weather and unpredictable wood behavior during production, we’re slightly behind schedule on assembly.
jan 28 orders will still begin shipping on feb 11, but shipping will be stretched out a bit longer than expected—up to two full weeks (though we’ll do our best to get them out quickly). we ship according to order receipt. you’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships. thanks for your patience!
generally we dislike holding payments if we can’t ship them within a short period of time, so we’re opting to postpone the arc order date by two weeks.
new arc order date: march 4
we’ll begin shipping the arc shortly thereafter.
