many thanks

posted Apr 11, 2008

we’d like to extend our great thanks for the many extraordinary gifts we’ve been receiving—locally made chocolate, postcards from faraway places, music and video, home-made beer, discounts on hardware, various music software, bizarre surplus electronic parts… but most importantly thank you for the continual stream of encouragement and enthusiasm. your support and kindness has kept us moving in a positive direction.

shipping update: sixty four

we received a shipment of walnut enclosures this weekend and are assembling units to be shipped out to the patient 100 people who paid in the second batch of sixty four orders. unfortunately our first enclosure delivery was smaller than we expected, so many will go out next week when we receive the remainder of parts and finish assembling. it may take us up to three weeks to build, test and ship these units and we will do so according to order position in the queue. please don’t e-mail us asking your position. you’ll receive a UPS tracking number when your order ships.

thanks for your patience!

shipping update: kits

we’re still moving through kit orders and continue to send payment links. currently we’re waiting on a new delivery of keypads. we will email an invoice when your place in line comes up and we have kits ready to ship.
