we started out using resin and pouring at home with inconsistent results. so now they’re being pressed out of high durometer silicone on a big machine. they feel very nice. they’re mildly flexible, so we apply a tiny bit of silicone glue to the corners.
we’re very proud of the recessed usb jack.
